pin-hole photography

My work and interest in pin-hole images lies in looking at some of Jean's work. I wanted to work with photography in order to explore sexuality and gender. I was inspired by some of Nicholas Hlobo work titles were his work are part of the narrative of Xhosa culture. In the new pieces I work with the body and Xhosa titles in order to make it complex and make statement about my own queer sexuality. I enjoy being seen as a exponent of queer culture and the new work is different from the series I have done previously.
